摘　　要：针对钢铁企业设备用油品种繁多、油品选型不合理和现场管理不规范等问题,基于油品种类最小化、设备润滑更优化和用油成本更低化的原则,结合设备运行工况,通过规范设备用油种类、开展油液监测、加强润滑管理等方法,对钢铁企业设备用油进行优化。确保正常设备运行的前提下进一步延长润滑油脂及设备寿命、减少故障次数及异常停机时间,降低生产及备件费用。对钢铁企业的润滑油脂技术管理具有一定的借鉴作用。There are many problems of oil being used in iron and steel enterprises,such as a wide variety of species, the un- reasonable selection of the oil type and the weak management for the process technology. Therefore, it is necessary to op- timize the equipment oil for iron and steel enterprises combination with the operation conditions of the equipment,so as to minimize the oil type, optimize the equipment lubrication and reduce the cost. This can be achieved by regulating the oil type, monitoring the oil liquid and enhancing the lubrication management. On the premise of ensuring the normal equipment operation, the optimization can further extend the life of grease and equipment, reduce the times of failures and downtime, and lowering the costs of production and spare parts, it can aJso give some reference to iron and steel enterprises＂ lubricant technology management.
