摘　　要：为满足日益严格的环保法规和燃油经济性要求,车辆和发动机制造商采用了许多新的发动机技术,进而推动了发动机油规格的发展和更高质量等级机油的出现。文章主要介绍了最新的美国重负荷柴油机油规格CK-4和FA-4的性能要求、二者的区别及其影响,并对新增的台架试验进行了解析。与CJ-4相比,CK-4和FA-4具有更好的综合性能和燃油经济性,且对基础油类型和添加剂都提出了新的更高的要求。如何在更低的黏度下保持发动机的耐久性将是添加剂公司和润滑油生产商所面临的巨大挑战。In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental regulations and fuel economy requirements, vehicles and engine manufacturers are developing and adopting many new engine technologies, thus promoting the development of engine oil specifications and the appearance of higher quality grade oils. This paper mainly introduces the performance requirements and impacts of American＇s newest specifications CK -4 ＆ FA -4 of heavy -duty diesel engine oils as well as the differences between them,and analyzes the newly added bench tests. Compared with CJ -4, CK -4 and FA -4 have better comprehensive performance and fuel economy. And the new higher demands on base stocks and additives were put forward. How to keep the durability of engines with engine oils in lower viscosity will be a huge challenge for the additive companies and lubricating oil producers.
