摘　　要：本文介绍了120m中波发射塔天线底座绝缘子更换施工方案及流程,围绕底座更换面临整塔先拆卸再安装,工程量大且场地施工困难的状况,自创设计新夹具,解决了工程中碰到的技术难题,保证了底座更换施工顺利完成,使用中稳定可靠。This paper introduces a scheme of antenna base insulator replacement construction in the 120 meter tower medium wave transmitting tower. The existing scheme is to remove the whole tower for replacement removing. The construction is difficult and with large quantity. A top support clamp is invented to solve the technical problems in engineering for a successful replacement. It shows stable and reliable in application.
