三氯化铝催化异构重质松节油中β-石竹烯的研究

摘  要:采用三氯化铝催化剂催化异构重质松节油中的β-石竹烯,考察不同反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对异构效果的影响。结果表明,三氯化铝催化异构重质松节油中的β-石竹烯的最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为原料质量的5%,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为150℃。在该条件下β-石竹烯的含量由原来的13.96%降低到0.97%。通过该反应极大地降低了β-石竹烯的含量,而长叶烯含量基本保持不变。The catalytic isomerization of β-caryophyllene from heavy turpentine oil by AlCl3 was used to investigate the effects of different reaction temperatures, reaction time and amount of catalyst on isomerization. The results showed that the optimum reaction condition of catalytic isomerization of β-caryophyllene from heavy turpentine oil by AlCl3 was that the amount of catalyst was 5% of the raw material, the reaction time was 3 h and the reaction temperature was 150℃. Under this condition, the content of the β-caryophyllene decreased from 13.96% to 0.97%. By this reaction, the content of β-caryophyllene was greatly reduced, while the content of longifolene remained unchanged.
