摘  要:本研究开展了桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)容器育苗基质筛选及GGR6富根试验。结果表明:桢楠容器育苗基质最佳配比为泥炭土∶黄心土∶钙镁磷肥=60∶35∶5。桢楠大田育苗不同浓度GGR6对苗木进行喷施处理后,其苗高生长、地径生长及苗木根长大于5 cmⅠ级侧根数均有明显差异,宜采用GGR6溶液浓度为100 mg/L进行喷施,比对照,苗高生长增加20%以上,地径生长增加15%以上,苗木根长大于5 cmⅠ级侧根数增加70%以上。富根壮苗出圃率达75%。The experiment about selection on substrate of container nursery and strong root of GGR6 for Phoebe zhennan was conducted. The results showed that the optimum substrate ratio of container nursery of Phoebe zhennan was peat soil: yellow subsoil: Ca-Mg-P fertilizer = 60 : 35 : 5. After spraying on Phoebe zhennan seeding in field with different concentrations of GGR6, there were significant differences in growth of seedling height, ground diameter and the number of first-order lateral roots which seedling roots were larger than 5 cm. The GGR6 with 100 mg/L concentration could be used, which could increase 20% of seedling height growth, 15% of ground diameter growth and 70% of the number of first-order lateral roots which seedling roots were larger than 5 cm, compared with the control. The qualified seedling percentage of strong roots and seedlings reached 75%.
