摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的128例创伤性骨折患者作为研究对象,按入院先后分为对照组和实验组各64例,对照组予以常规护理模式,实验组在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的舒适程度优于对照组,焦虑标准评分明显低于对照组,护理工作满意度对比对照组更高,均P<0.05。结论对骨折患者实施舒适护理模式,可减轻患者疼痛感,改善其心理状态,还可提高护理满意度,值得推广。objective To study the application of comfort nursing in patients with traumatic fracture effect. Methods period I January 2016-June 2016 of the 64 patients with traumatic fracture as the control group（n=64）, general nursing, July 2016-December 2016 of the 64 patients with traumatic fracture as the experimental group（n=64） in routine care on the basis of the effect of comfort nursing model, compared two groups of patients comfort index, anxiety-standards as well as the satisfaction of nursing. Results the comfort of the patients in the experimental group than in the control group, anxiety standard score was significantly lower than the control group, compared nursing job satisfaction higher in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion the effect of comfort nursing model of patients with fractures, can reduce pain, improve their State of mind, can also improve patients ＇ satisfaction degree of hospital care, it is worth promoting.
