摘　　要：矿石出矿品位是衡量考核矿山单位的一项重要技术经济指标。出矿品位管理是为了充分合理地利用矿山宝贵的矿产资源,加强回采过程的矿石质量检查与管理,减少损失和贫化并保证矿石质量而开展的一项管理工作。金川铜镍矿某矿山通过探索实施全流程、全方位提升出矿品位管理,一方面有效的降低了矿石损失率、贫化率,不断提升改进技术指标,另一方面还切实创造了可观的经济效益,最终使矿山单位实现了合理配置资源、生产效益最大化及提质增效的生产经营目标。Mine drawing grade is an important technical and economic indicator for evaluating mine unit. Mine drawing grade is a management job in order to make full use of mine valuable mineral resources reasonably, to strengthen the quality inspection and management of the ore stoping process, also to reduce the loss and dilution and ensure the ore quality.Through the exploration implementing the all process and directional ore grade management of a mine unit in Jinchuan Nickel,on the one hand, it effectively reduced the loss rate and dilution rate of ore and continuously improved and improved technical indicators,on the other hand, it also created considerable Economic benefits, and ultimately make the mine unit to achieve a reasonable ocation of resources, maximize production efficiency and improve quality and efficiency of production.
