摘 要:开关电源因具有效率高、体积小,电压输入范围宽等优点,普遍应用于空调等家电产品中。然而,我国出口印度的空调在使用过程中经常出现电路板开关电源烧坏的现象。结合印度地区电网现状及开关电源的原理,发现印度地区电网电压波动过大是导致电路板开关电源烧坏的根本原因。针对印度地区电网现状及低成本需求,提出了采用变压器代替开关电源作为电路板供电方式的改进方案,并通过实验验证了该方案的可行性。目前该方案已应用于出口印度市场的空调产品,效果显著。Switching power supply is widely used in household appliances such as air conditioner due to its advan- tages such as high efficiency, small volume and wide voltage input range. However, the switching power supplies of air-conditioners often breakdown during using time. Based on current situation of power grid in India and principles of switching power supply, it is found that excessive voltage fluctuation of power grid in India is the fundamental cause of circuit board switching power supply burning up. For India district power grid status quo and low cost re- quirements, this paper proposed an improvement scheme of using a transformer instead of a switching power supply on the circuit board, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by experiment. At present, the scheme has been ap- plied to air - conditioning products exported to India, the effect is remarkable.
