摘　　要：本文应用上海医疗器械研究所研究成功的LZD—HG01型呼吸功能监护仪对12例肺疾病和13例心脏病患者进行了临床应用研究。结果表明,呼吸功能监护仪可同时测定压力、流量、氧和二氧化碳浓度,测定的结果精确性高,便于动态监测,并可据此得出17种监护指标,对临床的诊治工作具有重要意义。12 patients with lung disease and 13 patients with heart disease were included in the study of clinical application of the respiratory function monitor. The results showed that theriespiratory function monitor could measure pressure, flow, oxygen and carbon dioxide at the same time. It has a high accuracy and is very convenient for continued monitoring. 17 monitoring parameters could be got, which is very important for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
