摘 要:为了揭示布敦岩沥青(BRA)的改性机理,通过抽提和燃烧分离及材料物化和细观试验,对BRA的原材料、矿物质、纯天然沥青和改性沥青的性质进行了分析,并与矿粉和普通道路石油沥青进行了对比。研究结果表明,BRA矿物质比表面积大,呈多孔蓬松石灰岩结构,可用作矿粉;BRA纯沥青属于天然硬质沥青,其沥青质含量高,芳香环结构含量多,沥青质与胶质分子量大,且N和S等杂元素以官能团形式存在,胶体稳定,流变性较差;BRA纯沥青与其矿物质之间具有很强的裹覆和吸附作用,并形成稳定的团粒结构。同时,BRA纯沥青与石油沥青之间相容性好,呈现高度稳定的物理融合,使得BRA能将其优良性质遗传给石油沥青。因此,将BRA掺入石油沥青中,其改性机理主要是天然硬质沥青的增粘作用和石灰岩矿物质的增劲作用,从而可有效提高改性沥青的抗高温、抗剥离、抗变形、抗老化和抗温敏等性能,是一种优良的路用改性剂。In order to reveal the modification mechanism of Buton Rock Asphalt (BRA), through separating with extraction and combustion as well as the material physicochemical and microscopic experiments, the properties of raw material, mineral pure natural asphalt and modi{ied asphalt of BRA were analyzed to compare with that of mineral powder and or- dinary road petroleum asphalt. The results show that the BRA mineral is large in specific surface area with porous limestone structure, and it can be used as the mineral powder. The pure asphalt of BRA belongs to the hard natural asphalt, and it is high in asphaltene con- tents, more in aromatic ring structure contents and big in molecular weight of asphaltene and colloid. Furthermore, N, S and other miscellaneous elements exist in the form of func-mixing the BRA into the petroleum asphalt, its modification mechanism is mainly the tacki- fying effect of natural hard asphalt and the strengthening effect of limestone mineral, so it can effectively improve the resistances to high temperature, stripping, deformation, ageing and temperature sensitivity etc., and it is a kind of excellent pavement modifier.
