摘　　要：刘学勤主任医师根据多年临证经验将痤疮的病机分为血热炽盛型、湿热蕴结型、阳虚寒凝型、寒热错杂型四型,采用"其在表者,汗之可也"的总治疗原则应用不同的经方辨证论治。对于血热炽盛型痤疮,以清热凉血解表为总的治疗原则,采用胶艾汤加减;对于湿热蕴结型痤疮,以麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减,清热利湿解毒,宣肺解表散结;对于阳虚寒凝型痤疮,多用麻黄附子细辛汤和排脓汤加减,温阳解表,通经散寒;寒热错杂型痤疮为各型痤疮中最为难治的一型,多以柴胡桂枝干姜汤合排脓散加减,温清一体,寒热并用。According to years of clinical experience, the Chief Physician Liu Xueqin classifies the pathogenesis of ache into syn- drome of blood heat exuberance, syndrome of damp heat accumulation, syndrome of yang deficiency and cold coagulation, syn- drome of intermingling cold and heat. He adopts different classic prescriptions according to synch＇ome differentiation and treatment and the general therapeutic principle of ＂sweating method for the disease in the exterior＂. For acne due to syndrome of blood heat exuberance,he adopts the general principle of clearing heat and cooling blood with Modified Donkey-Hide Gelatin and Mugwort Decoction ; for syndrome of damp heat accumulation, he adopts Modified Ephedra, Forsythia and Red PhaseoIus Bean Decoction to clear heat, resolve dampness and eliminate toxin, disperse the lung, relieve the exterior and resolve masses;for syndrome ~ff yang deficiency and cold coagulation, Modified Ephedra, Aconite and Asarum Decoction and Pus-Excreting Decoction are applied to warm yang, relieve the exterior,dredge the meridians and disperse cold;for syndrome of intermingling cold and heat which is the most difficult type,Modified Bupleurum, Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction combined with Pus-Excreting Decoction is applied to warm and clear simultaneously.
