中药治疗复发性细菌性阴道病寒湿瘀滞证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药内服外用治疗复发性细菌性阴道病寒湿瘀滞证的临床疗效及对阴道微生态的影响。方法:选择2014年7月—2015年11月在本科就诊的复发性细菌性阴道病患者120例作为研究对象,随机分成西药组60例,中药组60例。西药组给予奥硝唑栓塞阴道治疗,中药组给予自拟中药内服方联合外治法治疗。观察两组患者疗程结束后的累积治愈率、临床治愈时阴道微生态失衡率、累积复发率等指标。结果:两组患者3个疗程后的累积治愈率分别为80.00%、75.00%,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者临床治愈时阴道微生态失衡率分别为52.08%、15.56%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床治愈后3个月内的累积复发率分别为41.67%、13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服方联合外治法治疗复发性细菌性阴道病寒湿瘀滞证疗效较好,可有效改善患者的阴道微生态状况,降低临床复发率。Objective ：To study the clinical effects of internal and external application of Chinese medicine on the recurrent bacteri- al vaginal disease of cold dampness stagnation syndrome and its influence on vaginal microenvironment. Methods：Totally 120 ca- ses with recurrent bacterial vaginal disease of cold dampness stagnation syndrome treated in our department between July 2014 and November 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） group,60 cases in each group. Western medicine group were given Ornidazole for vaginal embolothera- py ;treatment group were treated with combined external therapy with oral administration of Chinese medicine. The cumulative cure rates, imbalance rates of vaginal microenvironment and indicators of cumulative recurrent rates of both groups were observed. Re- shits ： The cumulative cure rates of the two groups were 80.00% and 75.00% respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The imbalance rates of vaginal microenvironment in the two groups were 52.08% and 15.56% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;the cumulative recurrence rates in the two groups were 41.67% and 13.33% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Oral ad- ministration of Chinese medicine combined with external therapy has good therapeutic effects on recurrent bacterial vaginal disease of cold dampness stagnation syndrome, which can effectively improve the vaginal microenvironment and reduce the clinical recur- rent rate of the patients.
