补肾调周法联合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症64例

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调周法联合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将115例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为观察组64例和对照组51例。对照组口服枸橼酸氯米芬,观察组给予补肾调周法联合针刺治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分、排卵率及卵泡直径变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为88.2%,观察组有效率为95.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后排卵率及卵泡直径大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调周法联合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效良好,可显著改善患者的临床症状及体征,并提高排卵率,增加妊娠率。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the method of tonifying kidney anti regulating menstruation combined with acupuncture on sterility of ovulation disturbance. Methods ：Totally 115 patients with sterility of ovulation disturbance were random- ized into observation group （64 cases） and control group （51 cases）. Control group were orally given Clomifene Citrate while ob- servation group were treated by tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation combined with acupuncture. The clinical effects, scores of clinical symptoms,ovulation rate and changes of the diameter of ovarian follicle in the two groups were compared. Re- suits ： The effective rate was in control group and in observation group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of clinical symptoms in both groups declined after treatment,and observation group were lower than control group,with sta- tistical dif｜erence （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ovulation rates and diameters of the ovarian fi^llicles in both groups increased alter treatment, and observation group were greater than c.ontrol group,with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation combined with aeupuncture has excellent therapeutic effects on sterility of ovulation disturb- anee,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
