针刺率谷穴配合局部推拿治疗顽固性神经性耳鸣临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺率谷穴配合局部推拿治疗顽固性神经性耳鸣的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年3月在本院治疗的顽固性神经性耳鸣患者67例,所有患者均给予针刺率谷穴配合局部推拿治疗,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程。结果:67例患者中,痊愈24例,显效21例,有效12例,无效10例,有效率88.6%。结论:针刺率谷穴配合局部推拿治疗顽固性神经性耳鸣疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of needling Shuaigu （ GB 8 ） combined with local Tuina therapy on refraclorv nervous tinnitus. Methods： Totally 67 patients with refractory nervous tinnitus treated in this hospital between January 2014 and March 2016 were given treatment of needling Shuaigu （GB 8） combined with local Tuina therapy, once everyday and 10d as a treatment course. Results： Among the 67 patients, 24 patients were cured, 21 cases with excellent therapeutic effects, 12 cases with effect, 10 cases without effect; the effective rate was 88.6%. Conclusion： Needling Shuaigu （GB 8） combined with local Tuina therapy has significant therapeutic effects on refractory nervous tinnitus.
