基于数据挖掘的郑启仲运用桂枝汤用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨郑启仲教授临床运用桂枝汤的用药规律。方法:通过收集郑启仲教授门诊处方,录入中医传承辅助平台,使用关联规则apriori算法等的数据挖掘方法,分析以咳嗽、体虚感冒、腹痛、鼻鼽等病症的用药规律,研究郑启仲教授运用桂枝汤用药规律。结果:门诊处方中,175首运用桂枝汤处方涉及儿科多种疾病,其中应用次数超过10次的是咳嗽、体虚感冒、腹痛、鼻鼽、鼾症、汗证等。郑启仲教授运用桂枝汤治疗疾病药物使用频次前10位的是:桂枝、白芍、生姜、大枣、甘草、乌梅、炙甘草、黄芪、蝉蜕、五味子;用药归经分析以脾经、肺经、胃经、肝经、心经为主。通过关联规则分析,得出咳嗽、体虚感冒、腹痛、鼻鼽等疾病的用药规律。结论:郑启仲教授运用桂枝汤治疗咳嗽、体虚感冒、腹痛、鼻鼽、鼾症、汗证等儿科多种疾病。以桂枝汤为主方,常加用的药物有黄芪、蝉蜕、乌梅、法宗伤寒,方崇仲景;阴阳为纲,和法为要;调和营卫,平衡阴阳的学术经验。Objective：To study Zheng Qizhong＇s medication rules of Cinnamon Twig Decoction. Methods： By collecting Zheng Qizhong＇s prescriptions,logging the data into TCM inheritance auxilialy platform and applying the data mining method of aprinri algorithm under association rules,the medication rules of cough,cold due to weak constitution, abdominal pain and allergic rhinitis were analyzed to study Zheng Qizhong＇s medication rules. Results： Among the outpatient prescriptions, 175 prescriptions involved various pediatric diseases and this formula was applied to the following symptoms for over 10 ti,nes：cough, cold due to weak con- stitution,abdominal pain, allergic rhinitis, snoring and sweating. The most commonly applied 10 drugs include Guizhi （Ranmlus Cinnamomi ） , Baishao （ Radix Paeoniae Alba） , Shengjiang （ Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens） , Dazao （ Fructus J uj ubae） , Gancao （ Ra- dix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae） ,Wumei （Fructus Mume） ,Zhigancao （ Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata） , Huangqi （ Ra- dix Astragali） ,Chantui （Periostracum Cicadae） and Wuweizi （Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis）. The meridian tropism mainly in- eludes the spleen meridian, lung meridian, stomach meridian, liver meridian and heart meridian. With association rules analysis, the medication rules for cough, cold due to weak constitution, abdominal pain and allergic rhinitis were found out. Conclusion：Pro- fessor Zheng Qizhong applies Cinnamon Twig Decoction to various pediatric diseases such as cough, cold due to weak constitution, abdominal pain,allergic rhinitis,snoring and sweating. Taking the Cinnamon Twig Decoction as main prescription, he otien adds the herbs of Huangqi （Radix Astragali） ,Chantui （Periostracum Cicadae） and Wumei （ Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis） by fol- lowing the principles in Treatise on Cold Damage by Zhang Zhon^ing,taking yin and yang as the general principle and harmoni- zing as the chief method ,regulating nutrient phase and defensive phase and balancing
