摘 要:工业测量不仅是要获取产品质量状态信息,还将成为工业4.0等未来制造模式中的赛博化系统(CPS)的一个重要信息源。然而,工业测量涉及到一个庞大的技术体系,包括误差/公差的定义、检测的方法、评定的方法、多种测量方法测量结果的比对、测量系统构建及能力评估、产品质量符合性判定及验收等,其背后则是一套完整的国家/国际标准以及严格的测量过程管理体系和产品验收流程。以产品的几何量质量及检测为对象,从计量/检测的原理和方法角度,基于目前最先进的质量设计和控制的理念与方法,探讨了工业测量背后的标准体系及其相关理论与方法。分析和研讨了现代工业测量技术及其发展中涉及的相关技术问题、国内外工业测量技术目前的应用现状,并对工业测量技术的发展进行了探讨。Industrial measurement can not only obtain product quality status information, but also can be an important information source for cyber physical system (CPS) in Industrial 4.0. However, industrial measurement is a complex technical system, including the definition of error/tolerance, measurement and evaluation method, comparison between measured results from different measurement methods, measurement system development and its performance evaluation, determination and acceptance of product quality, and etc. Besides, there is a complete set of IS0/GB (GPS&V) standards, as well as strict measurement process management system and product acceptance process. Industrial measurement operator must follow these management system and process. Focusing on product geometry quality and measurement, this paper analyzes the metering/measuring principles and methods, theory and methods of advanced quality design and control, standard system and its related theory and methods in industry measurement, and etc. Some development directions of industrial measurement technology are also discussed.
