摘　　要：高等教育中理工科类大学工程训练体系已显得尤为重要。提出新时代下高等教育工程训练体系的特点,以实现与社会需求接轨。并且认为,大学工程训练必须具备从封闭变开放、从被动变主动、从认知变创造、从分割变互补的转变,才能培养出创新人才。Inside the higher education in science and engineering,university engineering training system（ UETS） has become particularly important. The article puts forward the characteristics of engineering training system（ ETS） of higher education in the new era,in order to achieve consistent with the needs of society. And it points that university engineering training must have the transition of being from closed to open,from passive to initiative,from the cognitive to creative,from segmentation to complementarities,which results in cultivating innovative talents.
