摘 要:湖南某白钨矿原矿品位为WO_30.24%,CaF217.37%,CaCO_323.71%,针对该白钨矿矿石CaF_2、CaCO_3含量高及含少量硫化矿的特点,采用先浮选脱硫,再浮钨的流程进行试验.在钨的常温粗选中用Na2CO_3和TW-1作调整剂,用植物油脚为原料研发的DH作钨的捕收剂,获得的钨精矿WO_3品位为1.26%、回收率为73.66%,其WO_3富集比与选矿效率均高于用传统的捕收剂731,钨回收率提高8个百分点以上,而钨捕收剂DH用量约为731用量的一半.The raw ore from a scheelite mine in H unan contains 0.24 %WO3 , 1 7.3 7%CaF2,23.71% CaCO3. Considering the characteristics that the scheelite ore contains high content of CaF2 and CaCO3 and a small amount of sulphide minerals, the processing flow that removing sulfide minerals through flotation first and then conducting tungsten flotation was adopted in this work. When using sodium carbonate and TW-1 as combination regulator,DH developed from waste vogetable oil as collector in tungsten normal temperature flotation, the WOa grade of tungsten concentrate obtained was 1.26%, the recovery was 73.66%, the concentration ratio and beneficiation efficiency of concentrate were higher than that with traditional collector 731,the recovery of tungsten was increased 8 percent, and the consumption of collector DH was only one half of 731.
