蒋士卿教授从正虚痰瘀辨治肺癌经验

摘　　要：蒋士卿教授认为肺癌病机为正虚痰瘀,病理因素以痰瘀为多,主张扶正培本、适时祛邪为基本治则,治疗多以益气养血、温肾健脾、化痰散结、活血化瘀等为法,临床处方用药常以千金苇茎汤为主方,辅以肺癌专药金荞麦、炒白芥子、露蜂房等,辨证灵活,疗效显著。Professor Jiang Shiqing believes that the pathogenesis of lung cancer is body resistance weakness and phlegm blockage,the main pathological mechanism. He proposes that the treatment shall be based on the principle of strengthening the body resistance,fostering the root and eliminating the evil in good time. Therapeutic method is reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood,warming the kidney and strengthening spleen,dissipating phlegm and resolving hard lump,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,etc. Clinical prescriptions often give priority to with Qianjin Weijing Tang,supplemented by specific medicine of lung cancer with Wild Buckwheat Rhizome,Stir-fried White Mustard,Nidus Vespae etc,and combined with flexible discriminate,curative effect is remarkable.
