养阴活血明目法治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:养阴活血明目法治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:90例单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为观察组(30例)、中药对照组(30例)和西药对照组(30例)。观察组采用养阴活血明目法治疗;中药对照组采用中成药复方丹参滴丸治疗;西药对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。各组均以28 d为1个疗程,连续观察2个疗程。结果:观察组有效率为81.67%,中药对照组有效率为65.00%,西药对照组有效率51.67%,观察组有效率明显优于中药、西药对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。治疗前观察组与中药对照组、西药对照组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学以及血脂与治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学以及血脂与中药对照组、西药对照组与比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴活血明目法治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效显著,且能够更好地控制血糖,降低糖化血红蛋白比例、血液黏稠度和血脂。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of nourishing Yin activating blood and brighten eyes method for simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods： Ninety cases of simple diabetic retinopathy patients which under the condition of oral medications or insulin injections to controlling blood sugar strictly,were equally randomized into observation group（ 30 cases）,Chinese herb control group（ 30 cases）,western medicine control group（ 30 cases）. The observation groups treated by nourishing Yin,activating blood and brighten eyes method,Chinese herb control group treated by compound Danshen dripping pills and western medicine control group treated by aspirin enteric-coated tablets. All groups take 28 days as a course of treatment,continuous observation of two courses. Results： The effective rate was 81. 67% in the treatment group,65. 00% in the Chinese herb control group and51. 67% in the western medicine control group,the effective rate of observation group was significantly superior to that of both Chinese herb control group and western medicine control group（ P〈0. 05 P〈0. 01）. Both the differences of fasting blood-glucose,2 h blood-glucose,hemoglobin A1 C,hemodynamic indexes and blood lipid before and after treatment of observation group were significantly better than two of other groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nourishing Yin,activating blood and brighten eyes method has better clinical efficacy for simple diabetic retinopathy,also effective in control of blood-glucose,decrease the percentage of hemoglobin A1 C,blood viscosity and blood lipid.
