摘　　要：目的:优选益脾软肝丸的醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以阿魏酸、绿原酸提取量和浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,考察乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数对醇提工艺条件的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量体积分数80%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。Objective： To optimize ethanol extraction process of Yipi Ruangan pill. Methods： Orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the amount of ethanol and ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction times on ethanol extraction process with composite score of yield of ferulic acid,chlorogenic acid and dry extract as index. Results： Optimal extraction conditions were as follows： reflux extracted 3 times with 8 folds the amount of 80% ethanol,1. 5 h per time. Conclusion： Optimized ethanol extraction process is cientific and reasonable,can be used as the basis for reasonable development of the preparation.
