摘　　要：目的:制定小儿细菌性痢疾中医诊疗指南。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在文献研究的基础上,编制小儿细菌性痢疾中医诊疗指南第一轮专家问卷调查表,向40位专家发送调查问卷表,对回收的31份有效问卷进行分析。结果:中医证候指标中,湿热痢、湿重于热、热重于湿、寒湿痢等10项指标符合均数>1.5,等级和>50,变异系数<0.4。中医病位指标中,脾胃、大肠、胃肠3个指标符合均数>1.5,等级和>50,变异系数<0.4。结论:在中医证候方面,湿热痢、湿重于热、热重于湿、寒湿痢等10项指标专家意见的集中程度及协调程度均较高。在中医病位方面,脾胃、大肠、胃肠3个指标专家意见的集中程度及协调程度较高。下痢兼表、噤口痢两项指标专家意见集中程度较低,仍存在分歧,需进一步评价。Objective：For children with bacterial dysentery in TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines. Methods：Using Delphy （Delphi） method, on the basis of literature research, to compile the first round of expert questionnaire survey of the TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines for pediatric bacterial dysentery, and send questionnaires to 40 experts nationwide, and 31 valid question- naires were analyzed. Results：In TCM syndrome indicators, hygropyretic dysentery and wet weight in hot, hot on the 10 indicators, in line with the wet cold diarrhea were more than 1.5, and the level of more than 50, the variation coefficient is less than O. 4. In the disease index of TCM, the 3 indexes of spleen stomach,large intestine and gastrointestinal tract were in accordance with the av- erage number 〉 1.5, grade and 〉 50, and coefficient of variation was less than 0.4. Conclusion ： In TCM syndrome type, concentra- tion and coordination degree of damp heat dysentery and wet weight in hot, hot on wet, cold diarrhea and other 10 indicators of ex- pert opinions were higher. In the aspect of TCM disease, the concentration degree and coordination degree of the 3 indexes of spleen and stomach,large intestine and gastrointestinal tract were higher. Diarrhea and table, ＇mouths flow field these two indica- tors expert opinion concentration is low, there are still differences, need further evaluation.
