民族特色疗法治疗带状疱疹及后遗神经痛研究述评

摘　　要：带状疱疹由潜伏于体内的水痘—带状疱疹病毒感染引起的急性皮肤病,呈带状分布的成簇水疱和神经痛为其重要特征。带状疱疹后遗神经痛是带状疱疹最常见的并发症,以顽固性慢性疼痛为特征,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,治疗带状疱疹方法甚多,西医以抗病毒、营养神经、镇痛为主,中医有针刺拔罐等疗法。虽然疗效显著,但在缓解疼痛及减少后遗神经痛复发等方面仍是有待解决的难题。民族特色疗法是各地人民群众智慧的结晶,其治法与当地习俗、气候、生活环境密切相关。各民族医药对带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛都有自己的理论及治疗特色,治疗方法有内服、外治和内服外治相结合,但主要以外治为主,兼以配合内服,且在临床中均能取得较好的疗效。Herpes zoster by lurking in the body of the varicella zoster virus infection caused by the acute skin disease,a zonal distribution clustering blister and nerve pain is an important feature. Postherpetic neuralgia is the most common complication of herpes zoster,with intractable chronic pain characteristics,seriously affect the patient＇s quality of life. At present,the treatment of the multitude of herpes zoster methods,western medicine is given priority to with antiviral,trophic nerve,analgesia,traditional Chinese medicine has acupuncture cupping therapy. Although the effect of obvious,but in the relief of pain and reduce postherpetic neuralgia recurrence problem remains to be resolved. Therapy with national characteristics is the people around the wisdom of its governing law and local customs,is closely related to the climate,living environment,has a unique advantage in efficacy and clinical treatment. Based on years of national characteristics of therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia were reviewed.
