针刀治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法:将二头肌长头肌腱炎患者86例随机分为两组,各43例。观察组采用针刀治疗,对照组采用封闭注射治疗。治疗后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、肌力评定及肩关节功能评价方法分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月随访,两组患者VAS评分、肱二头肌肌力和肩关节活动功能Constant评分均显著优于治疗前(P<0.01);与对照组相比,观察组肱二头肌肌力和Constant评分均显著增高(P<0.01),VAS评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:针刀治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎可有效缓解疼痛,改善肩关节功能,增加肌力,远期疗效确切。Objective： To observe the long-term effect of acupotomy in treating tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii. Methods：Eighty-six patients with tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii were randomly divided into 2 groups（ each = 43） ： the observation group treated with acupotomy and the control group treated with local injection. Primary outcomes included visual analogue scales（ VAS）,the muscle strength and the Constant-Murley. Results： After treatment（ 1 st month）,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 01）,the biceps strength and Constant-Murley higher（ P〈0. 01）. At the 3 rd month and the 6 th month,compared to control group,the biceps strength and Constant-Murley obviously increased,and the VAS points lowered（ P〈0. 05 or（ P〈0. 01））. Conclusion： Both treatment of acupotomy and Local injection on long head of biceps brachii showed positive and beneficial effects,but long-term effect of acupotomy was obviously better.
