摘　　要："四个全面"作为推进党和国家事业发展的根本战略布局,为微时代执政党意识形态安全工作提供了理论指导和行动指南。微时代必须紧紧围绕"四个全面"进行执政党意识形态安全体系构建,要以全面建成小康社会为契机,夯实微时代执政党意识形态安全基础;以全面深化改革为动力,构建微时代维护执政党意识形态安全的网络生态系统;以全面依法治国为遵循,完善微时代维护执政党意识形态安全的网络安全法律法规框架;以全面从严治党为保障,落实微时代维护执政党意识形态安全的主体责任、监督制度和纪律。As the basic strategy to improve the development of the cause of the party and the state, Four Comprehensives provide guid- ance of theory and action to the ruling party on the safe work of ideology in the micro era. The ruling party must evolve around Four Comprehensi＇~es to set up the safe structure of ideology. Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects should be a juncture to tamp the ruling party＇ s ideological safety in the micro era. Deepening the reform in an all round way should be a power to set up the network ecosystem of the ruling party＇ s ideological safety in the micro era. The ruling party should improve the law and regulation sys- tem of the network safety. The ruling party should defend the main responsibility, supervision system and discipline of the ideological safety.
