摘　　要：在"全球城镇化"语境下,提出基于"人口收缩"与"要素回流"二律背景的"后乡村城镇化"研究视角,解析了当代德国乡村发展的困境和探索方向。研究通过图林根乡村规划案例,解读当代德国乡村"自上而下"传统路径的发展困境及与之相对的"自下而上"补充路径和规划方法的探索,试图为新时期中国城乡关系定位和乡村规划建设贡献新的理论视角和规划方法。From the perspective of planetary urbanization, this paper proposes an idea of post- rural urbanization in the context of population shrinking and urban feedback, and discusses the current dilemma of rural development and exploratory planning practices in Germany. With Thuringia rural area in Germany as an example, the paper explores the dilemma of the traditional ＂top-down＂ development approaches, as well as the complementary development approaches of ＂bottom-up＂ and its planning methodology. In brief, it tries to provide an alternative theoretical perspective and planning methodology to contribute to define China＇s urban-rural relationship and rural planning construction in the new era.
