摘  要:针对传统综合水质标识指数法在权重赋值等方面的不足,利用AHP法和变异系数法分别计算出各水质评价指标的权重,采用乘积归一法和加权平均法对权重进行组合,提出基于AHP与变异系数组合赋权的水质综合评价模型。以竹皮河为例,应用该方法对水质进行评价,同时将评价结果与基于AHP与熵权组合赋权的综合水质标识指数法、传统综合水质标识指数法、层次分析法以及模糊综合评价法等进行对比。结果表明,竹皮河四个监测断面水质均不满足水环境功能区划的要求,与实际情况相同,验证了该方法的正确性,研究成果可为环境管理提供参考。For the deficiency of traditional comprehensive water quality identification index method in terms of weight assignment, a new method for weight assignment was improved by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and variation coefficient method to calculate the weight of each water quality evaluation index. Combing the product nor- malization method and weighted average method was used to calculate the combination weight. Thus, a new water quality evaluation model was proposed base on the combination weight of AHP method and variation coefficient method. By the case of Zhupi River, the above model was used to evaluate the water quality and the results were made comparison with those of the comprehensive water quality identification index method of AHP combing with entropy weight assignment, the traditional comprehensive water quality identification index method, the analytic hierarchy process method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, respectively. The results show that all of the 4 monitoring section samples of Zhupi river water quality can't reach the standard of water environmental function zoning. The calculated result is the approximate homology with the actual state, and it can provide reference for environmental management.
