摘  要:本文提出的机电集成锻造操作机钳杆旋转永磁传动装置,集磁场调制型磁齿轮、机械齿轮、伺服电机驱动、控制技术于一体,通过Solidworks建立了机电集成锻造操作机钳杆旋转永磁传动装置的三维模型,然后利用有限元法对其进行分析研究,得出了机电集成锻造操作机钳杆旋转永磁传动装置两层气隙磁密及其所对应的空间谐波次数、静态转矩特性、动态转矩特性、启动特性。In the text, the permanent magnet drive rotating device for clamp lever in electromechanieal inte- grated forging manipulator has been put forward, which integrates the magnetic field modulation magnetic gear, mechanical gear, servo motor drive and the control technology. The 3D model has been established to the permanent magnet drive rotating device by use of Solidworks. The finite element method has been adopt- ed to analyze and study the model. The two layers of air gap flux density & the corresponding number of space harmonics,static torque characteristics, dynamic torque characteristics, and start-up characteristics of the permanent magnet drive rotating device have been obtained.
