摘　　要：笔者作为在军工企业工作十八年的老军工,从事过军品技术工作、党务工作、民品技术质量管理工作,对军工企业有着深厚的感情。近几年的民品技术管理工作,在繁忙的工作之余,对军工企业的民品发展进行了研究,对军工企业民品发展的优势、劣势及解决措施有了一定的认识,论文对笔者的研究成果进行了简述。The author have been working in military enterprises for eighteen years, and have engaged in military technology work, party work, civilian technology quality management work, have deep feelings with military enterprises. In recent years of civilian technology management, the author researches the civil products development of civilian military enterprise, and has a certain understanding on the advantage and disadvantage of civil products development of military enterprise and the solutions, in this paper, the author will introduce the research.
