摘　　要：社会保险缴费基数上调对职工收入会产生影响。论文依据相关理论和社会调查,得到如下结论:社会保险缴费基数上调对低收入者的影响显著高于高收入者,办公室文员和基层员工等对社会保险缴费基数上调更为敏感,社会保险缴费基数上调对职工收入的影响存在地区差异。应调整社会保险缴费基数统计口径,努力增加低收入者收入。The increase of the base of social insurance payment will affect the income of staff and workers,Based on related theory and social survey, the paper got the following conclusion： the impact of the increase of social insurance paymant base on low income careers is significantly higher than high earners, office clerks and grass-roots employees are more sensitive to the increase of social insurance payment base, the influence of the increase of social insurance payment base on the income of workers is different in different areas. We should adjust the base of social insurance payment statistics, and strive to increase the income of low-income people.
