摘　　要：笔者根据中医病因病机理论,以心肾不交型失眠为切入点,对动物选择、病证动物模型(对氯苯丙胺酸失眠模型)的建立、病证模型的评价体系进行系统的回顾。中医病证动物模型的研究可以更好地模拟临床,从而探讨心肾不交证的实质,规范和指导中医中药的应用,更好地为人类解决健康问题。According to TCM theory of etiology and pathogenesis, taking disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia as the starting point, we made a systematic review of the animal selection, the establishment of animal model of PCOS （PCPA insomnia model） and evaluation system of disease-syndrome model. Needless to say, the research in TCM disease- syndrome animal model can better simulate clinical situations, thus discuss the essence of disharmony between heart and kidney, regulate and guide the application of TCM, which can better settle the health problems for human.
