回药香药治疗妇科疾病配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的：考证治疗妇科疾病的回药香药名称并分析研究其配伍规律，为回药治疗妇科疾病临床应用及回药新制剂开发提供文献依据。方法：收集整理妇科病回医证治的方剂，统计方剂中的香药频次；统一香药的阿拉伯名称，并与中草药名一一对应；再对单味香药、两味药以及三味药所组成的药物组合进行出现频次的统计，并初步分析组方配伍规律。结果：最终筛选得到治疗妇科病方剂38首，涉及药物273种，其中回族香药共168种；统一了方剂中13味药的不同阿拉伯药名，考证了26种药物对应的中草药名称；方剂中出现频次达10次以上药物共有11味；两味药的药物组合的配伍中，出现频次最高的组合甘松＋撒法郎（11次）；三味药的药物组合的配伍中频次最多的药物组合是甘松＋丁香＋牡丹皮（7次）；结论：回族香药治疗妇科疾病的方剂均以复方为主，且以回医理论为指导，针对病机达到治疗效果，独具特色。Objective： To verify names of aromatic drugs in Hui medicine and analyze their synergy rules, and to provide literature basis for Hui medicine＇s clinical application on gynecological diseases and Hui medicine＇s exploitation of new preparations. Methods： Hui medicine＇s prescriptions for gynecological diseases were collected, frequency of the aromatic drugs in prescriptions was accounted; Arabia name of aromatic drugs Were unified and corresponded to the names of traditional Chinese medicine; Then the frequency of single drug, two drugs and three drugs groups were counted, and their formula synergy rules were preliminarily analyzed. Results： Finally, 38 prescriptions of gynecological diseases were screened, involving 273 kinds of drugs, including168 kinds of aromatic drugs in Hui medicine;13 herbs＇ different Arabia medicine names in prescription were unified, and 26 drugs corresponding Chinese herbal medicine names were verified; a total of 11 drugs＇ frequency was more than 10 times in prescriptions. In compatibility of two herbs, the combination of Rhizoma Nardostachyos and Croci Stigma had the highest frequency （11 times）; In compatibility of three herbs, the combination of Rhizoma Nardostachyos, Fits Caryophylli and Cortex moutan had the highest frequency （7 times）. Conclusion： Aromatic drugs in Hui medicine are mainly compound prescriptions in curing gynecological diseases, which are guided by the theory of traditional Hui medicine, achieving a therapeutic effect in view of the pathogenesis, and it is unique for the disease cause.
