摘 要:目的:探明松蔸栽培茯苓过程中其主要营养成分的累积特性。方法:以茯苓多糖、茯苓总三萜和茯苓酸为分析指标,采用苯酚-浓硫酸比色法、紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定。结果:伴随着茯苓菌核的发育生长,其主要营养成分的含量呈递增的累积特性,以菌核A4的茯苓多糖、茯苓总三萜和茯苓酸的含量最高,分别为85.94%、0.59%、0.18%。结论:以成熟初期的茯苓菌核主要营养成分含量为最高。Objective: To explore the accumulation characteristics of the main nutritional components of Poria cocos at the different stages of its sclerotium development when it is cultivated on a pine stump. Methods: Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry, ultraviolet spectrometry, and high-performance liquid chromatography were used to assess the content level of Poria cocos polysaccharide, total triterpenes, and pachymic acid present in the Poria cocos harvested at different stages of its sclerotium development. Results: With the development and growth of Poria cocos sclerotium, the content of its main nutrient components showed an increasing cumulative characteristic. The contents of polysaccharides, total triterpenoids and tacrolimus in A4 were the highest, which were 85.94%, 0.59% and 0.18%, respectively. Conclusion: The content of main nutrients of Poria cocos sclerotium in the early stage of maturity is the highest.
