三相四线制电能表一相反向计量的原因分析

摘　　要：针对三相四线制电能表其中一相出现反向计量问题,对运行设备进行全面检查,结果发现三相动力开关有一相接线螺丝扣错位松动,造成严重过热,并有放电痕迹。故障处理后,电能表恢复正常计量。理论分析进一步证实,电能表反向计量为开关一相接触不良所致,为防止放电引起火灾或烧毁用电设备,应加装三相电压保护。Aiming at one phase reverse measurement issues of three-phase four wire electric energy meter,a comprehensive inspection of the operation equipment was carried out. The three-phase power switch has a wiring screw dislocation loose,causing serious overheating and discharge traces. After trouble shooting,the power meter was returned to the normal measurement. The theoretical analysis show that the reverse measurement of electric energy meter is due to the improper contact of the switch. In order to prevent the discharge causing fire or burning electric equipment,the threephase voltage protection should be installed.
