摘　　要：描述了医院科级质量管理体系设计思路，介绍了科级质量管理体系在北京某大型医院的实践和成效，认为该科级质量管理体系将PDCA循环贯穿于医院科级质量管理的全过程，可促进医院科级质量管理工作有组织、有制度、有计划、有检查、有总结地有序开展。This paper introduced the design of medical quality management system on department level, and its application and the effect in a large-scale hospital. Our practice demonstrated that this department-level quality management system with the PDCA cycle in the whole process of quality management, can promote the medical quality management activities to be carried out in an organized, regulated, planed, well checked and concluded manner.
