摘　　要：2017年,"开心麻花"第三部IP喜剧电影《羞羞的铁拳》,夺得"十一"黄金档票房冠军,标志"开心麻花"大电影模式的成熟,成为中国喜剧类型片的里程碑之作。本文以全球化语境为参照,分析影片《羞羞的铁拳》在视听语言和文化表达方面的得失,旨在进一步探究21世纪中国喜剧类型片本土化创作的未来发展空间。Never Say Die, as the third comedy genre films and original ideas （Intellectual Property） work created by Mahua FunAge, has won the the champion of box office during Chinese National Day holidays in 2017. That film industry victory symbolized the maturity of Mahua FunAge comedy style and the model of Chinese comedy genre films in twenty-first century. However, this paper aims to analyze the merits in aspect of comedy audio-visual language and the problematic symptom in aspect of cultural identities of Never Say Die, in order to explore the future development of Chinese comedy genre film within the context of globalization.
