摘　　要：目前钢坯装卸效率较低且保证率低,造成了部分货主不必要损失。在港口竞争日益增大的环境下,为了提升港口公司的竞争力,降低货主损失,降低货物在港的等待时间,需要我们不断创新装卸作业模式,提高钢坯的装卸作业效率,降低作业成本,并且提高港口的作业安全质量。At present, lower efficiency and guaranteed rate of steel billet handling operation cause unnecessary loss to the owner. The fierce competition among ports requires more competitive power of the port companies, less loss to the owners and shorter time spent in port, thus it is necessary to innovate the port handling mode, improve the handling efficiency, reduce the operation cost and realize safer operation continuously.
