摘 要:目的 探讨肾移植术后环孢素A(CsA)血药浓度监测及临床意义.方法 选取本院收治的31例肾移植术后患者,均采用三联免疫抑制用药方案,监测不同时间的CsA血药浓度,分析并总结其临床意义.结果 31例肾移植术后患者经三联免疫抑制用药方案治疗后,随时间增加,血药浓度为〈100 ng/mL和100-400 ng/mL的例数增加,〉400 ng/mL的例数减少,患者体内CsA平均血药浓度呈下降趋势;术后急性排斥反应发生率19.35%,结合CsA血药浓度及时调整药物剂量,排斥反应均得到有效缓解.结论 肾移植术后患者采用三联免疫抑制用药方案,定时监测CsA血药浓度,并结合血药浓度有效调整药物剂量,以指导临床提高肾移植术后效果.Objective To study the clinical significance of cyclosporine A (CsA)blood concentration monitoring after renal transplantation .Methods Choose our hospital of 31 cases of patients after renal transplantation,adopt triple immunosuppressive regimen,different time of CsA blood drug concentration monitoring,analysis and summarize its clinical significance.Results 31 cases of renal trans-plantation patients after treatment with triple immunosuppressive regimen,increases over time,the blood concentrations of 400 ng/mL cases decreased,average patient CsA blood drug concentration is on the decline;19.35% incidence of postoperative acute rejection,in combination with CsA blood drug concentration to adjust doses, rejection is effective in relieving.Conclusion the patients after renal transplantation using triple immunosuppressive regimen,regu-lar monitoring of CsA blood drug concentration,and connecting with the effective drug concentration of blood adjust drug doses,to guide clinical effect after renal transplantation.
