环磷酰胺结合白芍总苷治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨环磷酰胺结合白芍总苷治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效和不良反应.方法 选取系统性红斑狼疮患者53例,将其随机分为对照组和研究组两组,其中对照组使用环磷酰胺和糖皮质激素治疗方案,研究组使用环磷酰胺结合白芍总苷治疗方案.对比两组患者平日的糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺用量、SLE活动性指数（SLEDAI）评分、尿蛋白以及复发数和感染事件等不良反应,对比分析环磷酰胺结合白芍总苷治疗红斑狼疮的临床效果.结果 研究组的糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺用量、SLE活动性指数（SLEDAI）评分、尿蛋白以及复发数和感染事件等不良反应的发生率均要小于对照组,且具有明显差异（P〈0.01）.结论环磷酰胺结合白芍总苷治疗系统性红斑狼疮的治疗方案具有较好的临床疗效,并能有效减少患者平日糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺的用药量,大幅降低复发数和感染事件等不良反应的发生率,长期服用可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高生存质量.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with total glucosides of peony in treat-ment of systemic lupus erythematosus and adverse reactions.Methods 53 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,were ran-domly divided into two groups of the study group and the control group,which controls the use of cyclophosphamide and glucocorti-coid therapy programs,research group uses a combination of cyclophosphamide regimen TGP.Compare two groups of patients ad-verse reactions weekdays corticosteroids,cyclophosphamide dosage,SLE activity index （SLEDAI）score,proteinuria,and the num-ber of relapse and infection events,combined with comparative analysis of cyclophosphamide treatment of lupus TGP clinical effect. Results The results of the study group incidence of corticosteroids,cyclophosphamide dosage,SLE activity index （SLEDAI）score, proteinuria and recurrent infections and the number of adverse events is less than the control group,and has a significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion TGP cyclophosphamide combination treatment regimen of systemic lupus erythematosus has better clinical efficacy,and can effectively reduce patient weekdays corticosteroids,cyclophosphamide dosage,dramatically reducing the number of relapses and infection events the incidence of adverse reactions,long-term use can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and im-prove quality of life.
