肿瘤标志物CA199、CA242及CA50联合检测对胰腺癌早期诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨肿瘤标志物CA199、CA242、CA50联合检测诊断早期胰腺癌患者的临床效果.方法 观察组（早期胰腺癌患者49例）与对照组（胰腺良性疾病患者49例）均给予肿瘤标志物CA199、CA242、CA50联合检测,对比其检测结果差异.结果 观察组CA199、CA242、CA50的检测结果与对照组患者相比均存在显著性差异且明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.观察组患者CA199、CA242、CA50检测结果阳性率（79.6%、24.5%、34.7% ）与对照组患者相比均存在显著性差异且均高于对照组（P〈0.05）.同时单项指标检测结果阳性率由高至低分别为CA199、CA50、CA242.结论 肿瘤标志物CA199、CA242、CA50联合检测早期胰腺癌患者显示其均异常升高,检测结果阳性率各不相同,因此予以联合检测以对早期胰腺癌患者确诊提供帮助.Objective To study the clinical effect ofthe tumor markers CA 199,CA242 and CA50 combined detection of early di-agnosis of pancreatic cancer patients.Methods The observation group （49 patients with early pancreatic cancer）and control group （49 patients with benign pancreatic disease） were given tumor markers CA199,CA242,and CA50 combineddetection,then com-pared the test results.Results The detection results of CA199,CA242 and CA50 in the observation group were significantly differ-ent from those in the control group,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Observa-tion group patients CA199,CA242,CA50 test results were positive （79.6%,24.5%,34.7% ）exist significant difference compared with the control group patients and were higher than control group （P〈0.05）.Positive rate from high to low and single parameter test result of CA199,CA50,CA242 respectively.Conclusion Tumor markers CA199,CA242,and CA50 combined detection of early pancreatic cancer patients showed its unusually high,test results positive rate of each are not identical,therefore combined detection provides help for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer patients.
