摘  要:"三点一线"综合管控体系是在原有电网通用标准化手册上进行创新,结合复杂高原条件的施工管理经验与项目理论指导而得到的,其在川藏电力联网工程的实践中证明是加强进度管控、协调内外部干系人沟通、提高管控可靠性的有效工具。为进一步分析该体系的普适性问题,将该体系推广到盐源500 k V输变电工程项目中,提炼出"三点一线"综合管控体系的推广措施和经验,同时总结得出推广过程中存在的问题和建议。The "three points and one line" integrated management and control system is received by the combination of experience in the construction of complex plateau conditions and project management theory. It has been improved in the original standardization of the general manual on the power grid. It is proved that it is an effective tool to strengthen the progress control, coordinate the communication between internal and external stakeholders, and improve the reliability of the control and control in the practice of Sichuan-Tibet electric power network project. In order to further analyze the universality of the system, the system is extended to the Yanyuan 500kV power transmission and transformation project, and the extension measures and experience of the "three points and one line" integrated management and control system are abstracted. At the same time the paper sums up the promotion of the process of the problems and recommendations.
