摘 要:山桃作为干旱半干旱地区的主要造林树种,为了促进其发展利用,利用LI-6400XT光合仪测定不同林龄山桃叶片光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)等光合参数,并通过直角双曲线修正模型对光响应曲线进行拟合。结果显示:2年生山桃的Pn、Tr较高,而WUE较低,说明其生长速度快,蒸腾耗水较多但抗旱性较差,生长期间需要更多的水分补充。通过对最大光合速率(Pm)、暗呼吸速率(R_d)、光补偿点(L_c)和光饱和点(L_m)的比较分析,可以看出2年生山桃对弱光适应能力较好,但要满足山桃的正常生长需求,光照强度应大于1 300.0μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。Amygdalus davidiana is one of the main tree species used for forestation in the arid and semi-arid region. The photosynthetic parameters,such as photosynthetic rate( Pn),stomatal conductance( Gs),intercellular CO_2 concentration( Ci),transpiration rate( Tr) and water use efficiency( WUE),have been measured with Li-6400 XT Photosyntometer,and the light response curves have been fitted with modified rectangular hyperbolic model. The results show that for two-year Amygdalus davidiana,Pn and Tr are higher and WUE is low,which indicates its growth rate is fast with much more transpiration water consumption and worse drought resistance,and much more water should be supplied during growing period. Based on analyzing the maximum photosynthetic rate( Pm),dark respiration rate( R_d),light compensation point( L_c) and light saturation point( L_m),two-year Amygdalus davidiana has good ability to weak light,but light intensity should be more than 1 300. 0 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 in order to meet the demand of normal growth.
