摘  要:为了提高翻转式鱼鳞坑开沟机的电控自动化水平,提出了基于MCGS组态环境的PLC控制系统以及外接电路的设计与实现方案。利用MCGS实现了人机交互,改变了传统的PLC控制系统无法直观、准确地显示与调整现场工作参数的缺点。实验结果表明:该装置系统具有性能稳定、可靠性高、人机界面友好、操作便捷等特点,实现了鱼鳞坑沟长设置、鱼鳞坑坑间距设置、开沟数量设置、油温设置等几组数据可调;同时增加了系统状态监控、权限管理、历史数据输出、报警等功能,可以满足翻转式鱼鳞坑开沟机操作和管理等各项技术要求。In order to improve the electric control automation level of turnover fish-scale pit ditching machine,the design and implementation scheme has been put forward for PLC control system and external circuits based on MCGS configuration environment. By use of MCGS,human-computer exchange has been realized,and the shortcomings have been changed which the traditional PLC control system can't display and adjust the field work parameter visually and correctly. The results show that there are many characters such as stable property,high reliability,friendly human-computer interface,simple operation. Several sets of data such as pit length,pit spacing,pit number,oil temperature have been adjusted. Meanwhile,some functions have been added such as system monitoring,authority management,historical data output and alarm,which can meet the technical requirements of turnover fish-scale pit ditching machine.
