摘　　要：六盘水市烟草公司以智能手机为平台,利用移动终端SDK设计终端应用界面、数据安全管理和终端数据交付方法,构建卷烟营销移动管理系统,系统整合了卷烟零售户订货、付款、扫码销售及网上配货等需求功能。系统试运行结果显示订货、支付、扫码和消费信息记录成功率均达到100%,零售客户使用活跃度超过30%。该系统增加了市场信息采集、消费者信息跟踪和网络营销新的途径,促进卷烟市场化取向改革,提高了精准营销水平。The Liupanshui Branch of Guizhou Tobacco Company designs terminal application interface, data security management and terminal data delivery method by using mobile terminal SDK（ Software Development Kit） to construct a tobacco marketing system based on mobile phone platform. This system integrates such functions as tobacco retailers ordering, payment, sales and auto ordering management. The test results show that success rate of ordering, payment, sale, consumer information record is up to 100%, and the active degree of customers is more than 30%. By adding the market information collection, consumer information, new ways of network marketing, this system promotes reform for the market orientation of tobacco and improves the management level of precise marketing.
