京津冀一体化形势下对医学院校毕业生就业市场及就业趋势的思考

摘　　要：目的对京津冀一体化发展背景下医学院校学生就业形势进行分析,同时剖析就业市场现状及趋势。方法采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法对京津冀地区医学院校毕业生进行调查研究。结果大部分医学生的工作与专业不完全匹配;57.41%的医学生选择医院就业,医学生就业选择依然很狭窄;42.58%的医学生选择在京津冀地区的中小城市就业。结论京津冀一体化形势下医学院校就业压力依然较大,医学生就业前景还是不容乐观。必须转变思想,改善京津冀地区医药产业形势,促进医学生就业。Objectives To analyze the employment situation of medical colleges under the background of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and to analyze the employment trend and the construction of employment market.Methods Literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics were used to study the graduates of medical colleges in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Results Most jobs of medical students did not exactly match their profession.57.41% of medical students chose hospital to work,and the employment choice of medical students was still very narrow.42.58% of medical students chose small and medium cities in Beijing and Tianjin region to work.Conclusions The employment pressure of medical college is still large under the situation of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the employment prospects of medical students are not optimistic.We must improve the situation of medical and pharmaceutical industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to promote the employment of medical students.
