摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的到来,老年痴呆症患者也逐渐增多,然而目前对于该病却无特效的治疗手段。如何为老年痴呆患者提供更多优质护理服务,延长生命,提高其生活质量已成为亟待解决的问题。通过综述目前老年痴呆的护理研究现状,了解近年来社会支持因素对老年痴呆患者生活的影响,分析如何提供更多的社会支持来提高老年痴呆患者的生活质量,并提出改善老年痴呆患者服务的合理化建议。With the advance of population aging,the number of Alzheimer＇s patients increased gradually.However,there is no effective treatments for this disease.How to provide more high-quality nursing service,prolong life,improve the quality of life for Alzheimer＇s patients has become a problem to be solved.By reviewing the literatures of nursing on Alzheimer＇s patients in recent years,this paper put forward how to provide more social support to improve the quality of life of patients with dementia,and provided rationalization proposal to improve dementia patients＇ services.
