江苏省空气质量预报预警工作探析

摘　　要：江苏省重污染天气预报预警系统建设于2014年,系统集数据中心、预报中心和分析运算中心功能为一体。江苏省空气质量预报预警工作主要体现在常规预报、重污染天气预警预报、预报可视化会商3个方面,实行预报员轮值制度,在遇可能发生重污染天气时,及时向公众发布空气质量预警信息,预警信息中预警等级与条件遵循省政府修订的最新江苏省重污染天气应急预案。在冬春季污染频发时段,参与长三角区域空气质量可视化会商,遇重大活动期间参与周边省份及城市空气质量联合保障工作,积累了大量的预报预警工作经验。Jiangsu heavy air quality pollution forecast and warning system was established in the year 2014. The system integrated the functions of data center, forecast center and analysis and operation center together. Air quality forecasting and early warning in Jiangsu Province was mainly embodied in 3 aspects of conventional foreeast, heavy pollution weather forecast, prediction and visualization of eonsultation, implementing forecaster rotating system, In ease of heavy pollution weather, timely released of air quality warning information to the public, the warning level and conditions adhered to the latest heavy pollution weather emergency plan in Jiangsu province. In the period of frequent pollution in winter and spring, Jiangsu would participate in the regional air quality visualization eonsuhation of the Yangtze River Delta , in ease of major activities, Jiangsu would also participate in the joint protection of air quality with the surrounding provinces and cities, has aeeumulated a lot of experience in forecasting and early warning.
