城市大气环境下大叶女贞叶片气孔特征及其环境指示

摘  要:对采自西安市区13个样点的大叶女贞叶片气孔的研究结果表明,叶片气孔特征如气孔密度、气孔宽度、气孔面积和气孔长度在不同环境胁迫程度下均表现出显著差异。随环境胁迫程度的加剧,气孔密度增加,并呈现出显著的正相关关系(r=0.680,p=0.011),但气孔宽度、气孔面积和气孔长度则与环境胁迫程度呈显著的负相关关系(r=0.784、0.787、0.722,p=0.002、0.001、0.005)。由此可见,大叶女贞的气孔特征能够有效的指示环境胁迫程度。The foliar stomatal traits of Ligustrumlucidum from 13 sampling sites with different environmental conditions in Xi'an were studied. The results showed that the stomatal traits, as stomatal density, stomatal width, stomatal length and stomatal pore surface area were significant differences among the investigated sites. Stomatal density increased with the increase of environmental stress levels, and presented positive correlation ( r = 0. 680, p = 0. 011 ) . However, the stomatal width, stomatal length and stomatal pore surface area were on the contrary. They all showed significantly negative correlation with environmental stress levels (r =0. 784, 0. 787, 0. 722; p =0. 002, 0. 001, 0. 005). All the results showed that the stomatal traits including stomatal density, stomatal width, stomatal length and stomatal pore surface area could be used as bioindicators for environmental stress.
