摘 要:随着环保机构监测监察执法垂直管理制度改革试点工作的深入推进,重庆市在环境监察物联网试点建设取得实效的基础上,迫切需要利用物联网等新技术提升环境监测管理水平。通过对重庆环境监测物联网发展现状和存在问题的分析,设计了环境监测物联网总体架构和以物联网技术为依托的全市一体化环境监测综合管理平台,平台功能涵盖环境监测业务管理、环境质量自动监测、环境质量预报预警、环境质量数据综合分析和展示等方面。通过对平台的深入应用,将进一步提升重庆市环境监测的信息化、精细化、智能化管理水平。With the further advancing of the vertical management system reform pilot work in the environmental monitoring, supervision and law enforcement agencies, on the basis of having achieved practical results in pilot construction of the internet of things (IOT) for environmental supervision, Chongqing municipality urgently needs to improve environmental monitoring management level by using new technologies, such as the IOT, etc. Through the analysis of the current development status and existing problems of the IOT for environmental monitoring in Chongqing, this paper designed the overall architecture of the IOT for environmental monitoring and the integrated management platform for environmental monitoring of the whole city based on the IOT technology. The platform functions include the business management of environmental monitoring, automatic monitoring of environmental quality, forecasting and early warning of environmental quality, comprehensive analysis and presentation of the environmental quality data, etc. Through the deepening application of the platform, the informationalized, refined and intelligentizedmanagement level of the environmental monitoring in Chongqing will be further enhanced.
