浅谈南京环境监测信息化项目风险管理

摘　　要：环境监测信息化建设的快速发展,为环境监测工作整体水平的提升提供了动力与支持,但是由于一些项目管理制度不完善和管理方法的不得当,致使诸多信息化项目出现了基础对象管理分散、综合信息提取不足,以及系统方便性、扩展性和安全性缺失等问题。为了规避信息化项目风险对环境监测工作产生的不良影响,南京市环境监测中心站结合自身特点,总结相关经验,深入开展信息化项目管理与风险评估分析,并提出相应的风险防范措施,这些措施经过实践论证,具有良好的效果,值得推广。The rapid development of environmental monitoring information technology provides impetus and support for the overall improvement of environmental monitoring work. However, some of the project management system is not perfect and management methods is not properly, resulted in some problems of many informatization projects such as decentralized management of base object, insufficient information extraction, and lack of conveniences, scalability and security. In order to avoid the adverse effects of informatization project risk on environmental monitoring, Nanjing Environmental Monitoring Center combining with its own characteristics, summarized relevant experience, carried out the management and risk assessment analysis of information project, and put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures, through the practice of argumentation, these measures have good effect, is worthy of promotion.
